The General Services Administration has selected TechFlow to update a platform-as-a-service offering designed to help federal agencies create information technology applications that meet government security requirements.
TechFlow said Thursday it will help GSAs Technology Transformation Service unit further develop and manage the cloud.gov platform, which hosts apps certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program at the moderate level.
The company will perform troubleshooting tasks, develop automated tools and identify a method to increase the resiliency of app hosting platform.
TechFlow CEO Robert Baum said the company has supported GSA for many years in efforts to modernize and build the agency’s cloud infrastructure.
Cloud.gov was developed by GSAs 18F digital services organization and based on a Cloud Foundry open-source framework that supports over 40 users across 15 agencies.
