Tom Arseneault
Tom Arseneault, chief operating officer of BAE Systems’ U.S. arm, has assumed additional duties as president of the subsidiary.
He was also named to the board of directors of BAE Systems Inc. and will assume functional leadership responsibilities, the company said Thursday.
“Tom has a proven track record leading complex organizations focused on fulfilling critical and technologically challenging missions,†said Jerry DeMuro, CEO of BAE Systems Inc.
DeMuro added the new reporting structure will help facilitate Arseneault’s management of business segments and functions in support of the company’s workforce, clients and external stakeholders.
Arseneault most recently served as president of the subsidiary’s electronic systems sector and previously led the product sensors segment as executive vice president.
He has held engineering and management leadership roles at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), TASC and General Electric (NYSE: GE).
