Col. Todd Sabala, mission assurance division chief of Cyber Directorate for the U.S. Army, will be featured as a panelist during Potomac Officers Clubs 2019 Cybersecurity Summit on May 8th.

Col. Sabalas focus is cyber assessments of weapon systems and critical infrastructure. He was designated to Functional Area 24; Telecommunications Systems Engineering 2006. His assignments included NORAD-USNORTHCOM Engineering Branch lead, Network Engineer lead for the 93rd Signal Brigade, and a 3 year assignment at Army Cyber Command serving as Current Operations (G33) DODIN Operations lead and Defensive Cyber Operations lead.
Col. Sabala was commissioned as an infantry 2nd Lieutenant for the U.S. Army in 1995. He had a number of follow on assignments in the 10th Mountain, cadre at the Mountain Phase of Ranger School, Company Commander in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), and Special Police Transition Team member.
