T-Rex Solutions has promoted Seth Moore, former chief operating officer, to be the new chief executive officer of the company, T-Rex Solutions announced on Tuesday. Moore will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and the implementation of the company’s strategy. The executive move will become effective on May 1, 2019 and Trevor Wilby, T-Rex Solutions founder, will assume the role of chairman of the board with Moore’s promotion.

Moore joined T-Rex Solutions as chief financial officer in Nov. 2016 and held the role for just over a year before receiving a promotion to be vice president and chief operating officer for the company in Dec. 2017. During his tenure as COO, Moore demonstrated broad portfolio level expertise and led the company through a tremendous growth period where the company saw an increase of 550 percent in revenue. Prior to joining T-Rex Solutions, Moore served as the director of Global Finance for Leidos between Dec. 2015 and Nov. 2016. He also served in a range of ascending senior leadership roles with Lockheed Martin between 2001 and 2015.
Moore earned a bachelor of science degree in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech in 2000 and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
