TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 22, 2019 Yogesh Khanna, senior vice president and chief technology officer of General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, said the company’s acquisition of CSRA in 2018 has advanced a culture of collaboration and “cross pollination” potential among the former’s market-facing divisions, ExecutiveBiz reported April 8.
Federal Times reported April 5 that the purchase transaction a year ago resulted in greater integration between GDIT’s intelligence and homeland security, federal and civilian, and defense business areas, as well as a centralized “growth team” that works on enterprise deals worth more than $500M across those three divisions.
“[What] were trying to do is bring the portfolio of our capabilities, regardless of what division its in, to every single client,” Khanna said during a media roundtable, according to the report.
