After last weeks Wash100 voting rankings were reported, it appeared that Tiffanny Gates of Novetta established herself in first place, and the Wash100 rankings were beginning to settle down. However, the GovCon community submitted nearly 3,000 votes during the past week, and most GovCon executives changed positions in the top 10, which includes a new leader.
David Wajsgras of Raytheon surpassed Tiffanny Gates as the top vote getter and now sits in first place by 30 votes. While Gates remains in second place for now, her position is being threatened by Jill Singer of AT&T who posted a strong week and moved into third place.
After dropping down to 10th place last week, Teresa Carlson of Amazon Web Services roared back and climbed six spots to take fourth place. Steve Harris hot streak continues with another big week to climb four positions into fifth place. John Harris of Raytheon moved up to sixth place after a strong boost from voters and Mac Curtis of Perspecta dropped from third to seventh place.
Thomas Kennedy of Raytheon finally broke into the top 10 and now holds eighth place. SAIC had a tough week as Tony Moraco dropped to ninth place, and Nazzic Keene has dropped out of the top 10 and into 11th place. Craig Abod of Carahsoft sits in tenth place after receiving the most votes from the GovCon community this week by a wide margin.
Xavier Williams of AT&T, David Levy of Amazon Web Services, Mark Testoni of SAP National Security Services, Paul Smith of Red Hat, Gwynne Shotwell of SpaceX, Marillyn Hewson of Lockheed Martin and Leanne Caret of Boeing are still threats heading into the last two weeks of voting. After a ground shaking week of voting, any of these executives could make a massive impact before April 30th.
The GovCon community has cast over 14,000 votes for the top 30 GovCon executives fighting for first place. Voting concludes on April 30th. With only two weeks left to participate, your vote could determine who finishes in first place in the 2019 Wash100 rankings.
