Clay Goldwein, the vice president of consulting services for CGI Federal, will be featured as a panelist during the Potomac Officers Clubs upcoming 3rd Annual Border Protection Innovations and Technology Forum on March 28th at the 2941 Restaurant in Falls Church, Va.
During the forum GovCon leaders from the public and private sector will address the critical issues of securing the U.S. borders, particularly the development, implementation and procurement of new technology used in the field by CBP officers and agents.
Goldwein has served as the VP of Consulting Services for CGI since 2015. Hes responsible for the companys business with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. His expertise includes leading large, cross-agency cybersecurity programs and his team manages the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program through the Credential Management task order that supports 26 federal agencies.
Goldwein has 25 years of experience with CGI Federal leading initiative and programs such as the companys federal cloud under the U.S. General Services Administrations Infrastructure as a Service Blanket Purchase Authority and led the achievement of one of the first Authority to Operate designations by the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).
