Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, Presents Tim Hurlebaus, President of CGI Federal, His Second Wash100 Award


Jim Garrettson, founder and CEO of Executive Mosaic, presented Tim Hurlebaus, president of CGI Federal, with his second Wash100 Award on Friday.

Executive Mosaic recognizes Hurlebaus for leading CGI and serving clients in the defense, intelligence and civilian sectors of the U.S. federal government. We are honored to present the most coveted award in government contracting to Tim Hurlebaus of CGI Federal.

Hurlebaus joined CGI Federal as the vice president of Business Engineering and Strategic Sales in 2005. After seven years in the position, he became the senior vice president of CGI’s National Security and Defense programs in 2012 and assumed the role as president of CGI in 2015.

Prior to joining CGI, Hurlebaus worked for Touchstone Consulting Group as the director of Strategic Planning and Line-of-Business Consulting for all of 2004. From From 1988 to 2004, Hurlebaus served as the senior principal for American Management Systems.

In addition, Hurlebaus is also a member of the U.S. Executive Management Committee and the Strategic Growth Council. He serves as a the Chair, for the Women’s Center Gala for 2016, 2017 and 2018. He was also the president of the Annandale-North Springfield Little League (ANSLL) between 2011 and 2013.

Hurlebaus graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in Computer Information Systems in 1988.
