TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 1, 2019 ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) is looking toward the space sector as an area of opportunity for new contracts as the company seeks to build on its revenue growth, ExecutiveBiz reported Sunday.
Washington Business Journal reported Feb. 22 that the government information technology services firm, which recently posted increases in fourth-quarter and yearly revenue, aims to expand its portfolio with space-related contracts as the Trump administration plans to establish a Space Force.
“Space is so tied into the rest of our infrastructure all around the world today, so that’s a natural progression for what we’re currently doing for our intelligence and [Department of Defense] customers,” Damian DiPippa, senior vice president and general manager of the mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group at ManTech, told the publication.
