Contractors may vie for construction, renovation, alteration, demolition and repair task orders under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Facilities include warehouses, infrastructure, recruit barracks, airfield, dormitories, aircraft hangar, traffic controls and training, administrative, assembly and medical facilities.
NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic received 18 offers for the multiple-award IDIQ via a competitive procurement on the Navy’s e-commerce portal.
The awardees are:

- Archer Western Federal JV
- Hourigan Construction
- RQ Construction
- The Whiting Turner Contracting
- W.M. Jordan
AECOM‘s construction business won the first task order worth potentially $29.3M to design and build bachelor enlisted quarters at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown in Virginia. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2021.
The initial order contains a base value of $27.6M and includes three planned modifications.
