Engility, ManTech, Noblis, SAIC to Provide DHS R&D Services Under $325M SETA III Contract

Four companies have secured spots on a potential five-year, $325M contract to provide research, development, test and evaluation support services for the Department of Homeland Security.

A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says Engility (NYSE: EGL), ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), Noblis and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) will compete for task orders under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance III contract.

SETA III is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that covers professional, scientific and technical services to DHS™ science and technology directorate.

Tasks include technology scouting; program planning; project justification and defense; vulnerability and risk assessment and mitigation; budgets and performance; project execution, transition and commercialization; and program evaluation and analyses, according to the statement of work.

Each contractor is entitled to a minimum guaranteed award of $2.5K, according to the solicitation.
