The company will provide temporary facilities, remove and replace horizontal concrete and perform lock chamber protection and dewatering services as part of the firm-fixed-price contract, the Defense Department said Friday.
Work also covers demolition, surveying and blasting efforts.
Army Contracting Command received one bid via an online acquisition process and will obligate $24.7M at the time of award from the military service’s fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds.
The Pentagon expects AECOM to complete the project by July 16, 2021.
