The Defense Department said Tuesday CACI’s enterprise solutions business will also support MSC in efforts to consolidate command systems into a single platform in accordance with government audit, cybersecurity, cloud migration and interoperability requirements.
The contract has an initial value of $26.2 million over a one-year period that runs through Dec. 31, 2019 and work could extend for an additional four years if all options are exercised.
The obligated amount of $19.7M at the time of award is from the Navy and Transportation Command’s fiscal 2019 working capital funds.
MSC received four offers for the contract via a solicitation process on the CIO-SP3 website managed by the National Institutes of Health’s Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center.
