Gerry Fasano, an executive vice president and chief of business development and strategy at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has been named president of the companys defense group in a move that takes effect Oct. 1, Inside Defense reported Wednesday.
An internal memo obtained by the publication says the appointment is part of Leidos reorganization effort that seeks to restructure businesses into four groups: defense, civil, intelligence and health.
