John Fraser

John Fraser, formerly an executive vice president of ASM Research, has been promoted to president of the Fairfax, Va.-based subsidiary of Accenture™s (NYSE: ACN) federal arm.

He succeeds the retiring Eric Warden, a 25-year ASM Research veteran who assumed the role of president in September 2016, Accenture Federal Services said.

œJohn Fraser brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership and client management experience to his new role at ASM, commented John Goodman, CEO of Accenture Federal Services.

Goodman, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, said that Fraser has been instrumental in the delivery of novel technologies to Accenture™s federal government clients and his experience in workforce management would help the company pursue its mission goals for customers.

Speaking with ExecutiveBiz Tuesday, Goodman added, œJohn is a proven leader who has worked in many leadership roles at ASM and made incredible contributions over the years.  I™m excited that he will be leading ASM as president and helping our federal clients achieve their critical mission goals.

Fraser has been with ASM since 1986 and served as president and chief operating officer prior to the acquisition of the company by AFS in 2013.

He has over two decades of training system design and sustainment experience and has helped manage contracts that offer support to the departments of Defense, Homeland Security and Justice as well as the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force.
