Tim Reardon

Tim Reardon, formerly president of defense and intelligence business at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has joined Constellis as CEO.

Reardon succeeds the retiring Jason DeYonker, Constellis co-founder who has been serving as CEO since October 2015, the company said Wednesday.

DeYonker and the retiring Dean Bosacki, Constellis co-founder and president, will both continue to serve as special advisers on acquisitions and corporate strategy matters at the Reston, Va.-based risk management and security services contractor.

DeYonker said Reardon brings to the company over two decades of experience in the delivery of operational services and platforms to commercial and government clients across the areas of cyber, national security, enterprise IT, C4ISR, logistics, advanced analytics and risk management.

Reardon previously held senior leadership roles at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and spent a decade at the CIA as an agency officer focused on national security matters.
