Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) will provide geography data integration, validation and creation support services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency under a potential 10-year, $920 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract awarded in May.
The company said Monday it will merge its open-source data acquisition strategy with artificial intelligence and machine learning to help build up mission-specific GEOINT for NGA.
Perspecta will leverage its agile capabilities to assemble and distribute data and services to meet client requirements under the Janus Geography contract that has a three-year base term and seven option years.
œThe Janus Geography win continues our legacy of mission critical support to the NGA enterprise, said Mac Curtis, Perspecta president and CEO.
Curtis, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, added the company will combine its experience and next-generation capabilities to support NGA and expand its partnership with the agency through the contract.
