John Visentin Named Xerox CEO, Vice Chairman


John Visentin

John Visentin, formerly operating partner at Advent International and senior adviser to the chairman at Exela Technologies (Nasdaq: XELA), has joined Xerox (NYSE: XRX) as CEO and vice chair of the company™s board of directors.

Xerox said Tuesday Keith Cozza, Icahn Enterprises president and CEO, was named chairman of the technology firm™s board and that it will conduct its annual shareholders™ meeting on July 31.

Visentin, who assumed his post Monday, previously served as a consultant at Icahn Capital, executive chairman and CEO of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, adviser at Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) and as a board chair at Presidio (Nasdaq: PSDO).

He also oversaw business units at IBM (NYSE: IBM), Hewlett-Packard and other information technology services companies.
