6 Firms Win Spots on $900M Contract for DoD Joint Test & Evaluation Program Support


The U.S. Army has chosen six companies to support the Defense Department‘s Joint Test and Evaluation Program under a potential 10-year, $900 million shared contract.

DoD said Thursday 12 bids were submitted to the Army Corps of Engineers’ engineering research and development center for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract via the internet.

The JT&E program combines defense science community expertise and warfighter experience in efforts to examine and address complex joint operational challenges. It leverages a test and evaluation methodology intended for joint military community applications.

Awardees are:

  • American Systems
  • Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
  • Cubic’s (NYSE: CUB) global defense segment
  • DCS Corp.
  • KBRwyle (NYSE: KBR)
  • Scientific Research Corp.
