Unisys Elects TTEC Exec Regina Paolillo to Board of Directors


TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 15, 2018 ” Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has added TTEC Holdings Executive Vice President Regina Paolillo as a member of the Pennsylvania-based information technology firm’s board of directors, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.

The company said Tuesday Paolillo, who also serves as chief financial and administrative officer of TTEC, joined the board with a range of work experience in the areas of finance, acquisitions and investments as well as the delivery of digital technology and services.
