The Wash100 voting has been open for a little over two weeks now, and the preliminary results of the popular vote are showing that government executives are outpacing their private-sector counterparts. Participation in the popular vote for the Top Executives of Consequence has been so outstanding that we have added a feature to the Wash100 website that will allow visitors to view the Top Executives of Consequence list by Movers This Week: those executives that have experienced the most movement in ranking over the past week. Visitors to the website will still be able to view the Top 30 Executives of Consequence list by All Time Top and by Trending This Week.

The Wash100 is an annual award given to the premier group of private and public-sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaics organizational and editorial leadership committee as the most influential individuals in the GovCon sector. The leaders selected for the Wash100 chosen based on their demonstration of the requisite skills of leadership, innovation, reliability, achievement, and vision. 2018 marks the fifth consecutive year that Executive Mosaic has given the Wash100 award and review of past winners will reveal an impressive roster.
Visitors to the Wash100 website can cast up to 10 votes for the executives that they believe will have the greatest impact on the GovCon marketplace over the course of 2018. The popular vote is an inclusive and interactive element allowing all of industry to have a voice in the Wash100 celebrations. Executive Mosaic chooses the 100 most influential leaders in GovCon, and then the public can participate in thepopular vote to determine the Top Executives of Consequence.
