The ATI-led Space Enterprise Consortium will aim to build ground, launch and space segment, software, processes and combined systems that can support Defense Department space missions, DoD said Thursday.
ATI will serve as the consortium manager and implement efforts to attract, retain and mentor members to help them form teaming arrangements as well as address individual prototpying projects the Air Force will solicit on behalf of DoD customers, according to a FedBizOpps summary.
The Space and Missile Systems Center received nine bids for the Space Enterprise Consortium OTA via a competitive acquisition process.
Work under the contract will occur in North Charleston, South Carolina through Nov. 1, 2022.
