SNA International Wins Potential $110M Army Contract to Support Armed Forces Medical Examiner System


SNA International has won a potential five-year, $110 million from the U.S. Army to support the military’s forensic medical investigations.

The Defense Department said Thursday the company will provide logistics, administrative management, scientific and technical services for the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System.

AFMES comprises forensic pathologists, anthropologists, photographers and medical investigators who work to examine military deaths worldwide.

The Army Medical Command received four bids for the hybrid contract via the internet.

Alexandria, Virginia-based SNA is a woman-owned company that offers forensic science consulting, information technology and mass fatality planning and response tools to government clients.
