USPTO announced the contract award through a notice posted Thursday on FedBizOpps.
McLean, Virginia-based 22nd Century Technologies will work to help maintain operation readiness of the agency’s automated systems and the underlying IT infrastructure infrastructure.
Work includes desktop deployments and moves; warehouse operations support; audio visual support; technical writing and document development; test and evaluation hardware support; security operations and enterprise monitoring; network operations and maintenance; collaboration services; and advanced problem resolution.
The small business set-aside contract has a base period of 12 months along with four 12-month options.
