TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 12, 2017 Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) will provide engineering support for suborbital spacecraft components, systems and instruments at NASA‘s Goddard Space Flight Center under a previously announced contract potentially worth $620 million, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
SAIC said Tuesday the Omnibus Multidiscipline Engineering Services II contract tasks the company provide engineering, performance assurance and systems safety services in support of Goddard’s applied engineering and technology directorate through June 30, 2022.
“The OMES II contract represents a large-scale and diverse effort supporting NASA Goddards important work on current and future applied engineering technologies,” said Bob Genter, a senior vice president and general manager of the federal civilian customer group at SAIC.
