Accenture said Wednesday it will integrate Phase One into the Accenture Federal Services organization upon the deals completion.
AFS CEO David Moskovitz said the business seeks to expand its technology platforms, expertise and service offerings designed to help federal clients increase the agility and security of their digital environments.
Phase One provides cloud and Salesforce offerings, information technology modernization and cybersecurity support services to federal agencies and holds spots on several contract vehicles such as the General Services Administrations IT Schedule 70, U.S. Navys SeaPort Enhanced and GSAs Salesforce Implementation, Integration and Support Services blanket purchase agreement.
Phase One has devised cloud accelerator procedures and provided Salesforce development and integration services for federal agencies as a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner.
The transaction marks Accentures seventh acquisition related to Salesforce.
Other Salesforce cloud service providers that Accenture has purchased since 2014 include ClientHouse, Cloud Sherpas, CRMWaypoint, Media Hive, New Energy Group and tquila.
