The Defense Department said Thursday the Naval Air Systems Command received three offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via an electronic request for proposals and will obligate funds on each delivery order.
The company will perform work in California, Indiana, Canada, Portugal and the U.K. through April 2022.
KC-130J tankers, manufactured by the Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), support aerial refueling for tactical and tiltrotor aircraft as well as rapid ground refueling operations for armor or tactical vehicles.
