AWS Hosts Blackboard Learning Mgmt System on GovCloud (US) Region


TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 12, 2017 ” Amazon Web Services‘ (Nasdaq: AMZN) GovCloud (US) Region now supports Blackboard‘s learning management system as part of efforts to enable government agencies to utilize the cloud for online learning programs, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Blackboard said Monday the availability of Blackboard Learn on a cloud environment designed to securely host sensitive data and workloads serves to push forward its pursuit of accreditation under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
