The company said Tuesday it will help facilitate data accessibility and real-time decision-making at USMS in support of the agency’s mission modernization effort.
Ed Meehan, senior managing director for Accenture’s U.S. safety and citizen services portfolio, noted the technology implementation aims to enable USMS staff to perform more field work over administrative duties.
Accenture added its offering to the agency has an intuitive, user-centered design and is based on Pegasystems software with a focus on user experience and digital functions.
The contract will work to help USMS generate efficiencies using automated business processes in its law enforcement operations under the mission modernization program.
Accenture Federal Services is a subsidiary of the Arlington, Virginia-based parent firm Accenture.
