TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 20, 2016 Tony Frazier, senior vice president of government solutions at DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI), has said the company’s planned $140 million acquisition of The Radiant Group serves to integrate the latter’s software development and engineering workforce, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
National Defense Magazine reported Monday that Frazier noted the incoming team consists of 400 employees with high-level security clearances, 250 of whom are software developers, and aligns with DigitalGlobe’s efforts to expand its reach in the intelligence sector.
