ASM said Tuesday the contract covers support for VA’s National Service Desk that works to provide front-line assistance on information technology services, systems and operations to more than 350, 000 employees.
Jim Traficant, president of ASM Research and a managing director at Accenture Federal Services, said the contract works to support the MyVA service delivery to veterans.
ASM will implement self-service systems at VA to aid client experience as well as apply analytics and dashboards to address service quality and management transparency.
The contract has a nine-month base period valued at $36.5 million and three one-year options, the company noted.
ASM also partners with VA on the Continuous Readiness in Information Security Program that aims to mitigate information security risks across VA as well as the Enterprise Health Management Platform that works to update the department’s clinical infrastructure.
