STG said Sept. 6 he will lead the company’s efforts to identify new business opportunities and develop new platforms for clients in the defense and national security technology sectors.
The two-decade industry veteran succeeds Paul Fernandes, who retired as president of the company after a 12-year career there.

Lacombe joined Parsons in 2014 through the engineering and construction firm’s acquisition of Secure Mission Solutions, which he helped establish and previously led as president and COO.
The U.S. Air Force veteran also held senior executive roles at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and Veridian as well as served on multiple government panels such as the Presidents Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
