The General Services Administration awarded the task orders on behalf of DHS for the CDM initiative that aims to gain visibility into federal civilian computer networks and mitigate potential cyber threats, ManTech said Wednesday.
“Controlling access to critical information and establishing a secure cloud environment is essential for protecting our federal agencies from insider and emerging threats, ” said Bill Varner, president of ManTech’s mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group.
The first task order has a potential three-year, $25 million value for CDM services to 44 agencies and work to consolidate reports into a single dashboard through the use of cloud computing tools and services.
A second task order valued at $85 million over two years covers support of privileged access management to control availability of information on federal computer networks to approved users.
