7 Companies Land Spots on $142M Defense Contract Administration System Support IDIQ


ContractThe Defense Contract Management Agency has awarded seven companies spots under a potential 10-year, $142 million contract to provide modernization and sustainment services for a system DCMA uses to administer defense contracts and contractor payments.

The Defense Department said Friday awardees will vie for task orders to support the Mechanization of Contract Administration Services system and related platforms as well as electronic commerce programs across DoD.

The program is scheduled to run through July 10, 2026, and DCMA will use operations and maintenance funds to pay for task orders under the initiative.

DCMA received 10 proposals for the multi-award contract, which contains two base years and four two-year options, through a competitive solicitation on FedBizOpps.

The awardees are:

  • Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
  • CSC Government Solutions
  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE)
  • IBM (NYSE: IBM)
  • Net-Centric Enterprise Solutions
  • Solutions by Design II
  • Ventech Solutions
