Munn, formerly manager for special operations U.S. business at Tampa Microwave, will oversee the companys European business for the Defense Department and NATO, the company said Monday.
Munn, a 28-year U.S. Army veteran, previously served as project manager in the Joint Special Operations Command prior to his move to Tampa Microwave.
His career in the service branch included assignments in the joint communications unit, 75th ranger regiment and the 82nd airborne division.
Xenitelis, who will be responsible for all the companys business operations at USSOCOM, is a retired Army colonel.
During his three-decade military career, Xenitelis held senior leadership roles at several Army units including the Special Operations Command-Pacific and the Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
He spent two years as an associate for Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and nearly three years as installation and account manager at Alcatel-Lucent.
St. Petersburg, Florida-based Tampa Microwave produces portable satcom terminals for U.S. and international clients.
