The company will design and build classrooms, teaching and research laboratories, lecture halls, offices, multipurpose spaces, a loading dock, an observatory and a testing tank in support of the engineering and weapons laboratories of the multistory academic facility, the Defense Department said Thursday.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command will obligate $106.7 million in gift funds and fiscal 2015 military construction funds for the firm-fixed-price contract, which includes three options.
DoD said Turner will work on the construction project in Annapolis, Maryland, through September 2019.
