He will manage the segment’s customer base in the APAC region and expansion strategy in the C4ISR and integrated training services markets, Cubic said Thursday.

Wiercinski most recently served as VP of Army and special operations forces programs at Lockheed’s government affairs business as well as supported global business development functions of the company.
He commanded the U.S. Army Pacific before his 2013 retirement after 34 years in the military.
Mike Kelly, formerly SVP of business development and international programs in global defense, will serve as SVP and managing director of the segment’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations.
The 14-year company veteran also previously held the roles of corporate VP and and chief of staff at Cubic, SVP of strategy and development for the mission support services unit and VP of business development and strategy for its defense applications business in the MEA region.
Before Cubic, Kelly served as general manager of Science Applications International Corp.‘s (NYSE: SAIC) joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
