Cubic has been awarded $44 million in contracts to provide tactical engagement simulation systems to the U.S. Army for use in training exercise scenarios.
The company said Monday it will produce instrumentable-multiple integrated laser engagement system individual weapon systems for the Army™s program executive office for simulation, training and instrumentation.

The weapon systems are part of the service’s home-station training program that aims to give users realistic environments for exercise scenarios.
The system works to detect hits and assess casualties in order to simulate combat and record data.
