Advanced Technology International Wins $99M Navy Metalworking Support IDIQ


manufacturing,  engineering gearsAdvanced Technology International has won a $99 million contract to provide support services to the Office of Naval Research Manufacturing Technology’s U.S. Navy metalworking center of excellence.

The center serves to identify and develop technology for deployment to U.S. shipyards and other industrial facilities, the Defense Department said Tuesday.

Advanced Technology International will perform work in Summerville, South Carolina, through Feb. 15, 2021, under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The Office of Naval Research Manufacturing Technology works to help the Navy build and maintain platforms, systems and equipment.
