Decision Lens Appoints Steve Tolbert as President

Decision Lens has recruited Steve Tolbert, an experienced government contracting industry executive, as president. In the newly created role, Tolbert will identify new opportunities to support the modernization of federal agencies, Decision Lens said in a press release posted Wednesday.

Steve Tolbert’s Career Highlights

The executive comes to Decision Lens from CACI International, where he served as executive vice president. During his time at the Reston, Virginia-headquartered firm, Tolbert led the delivery of business solutions to intelligence, defense and civilian federal agency customers. He was also involved in the strategic expansion of CACI’s presence in the federal market.

Before CACI, he held executive leadership positions at Perspecta, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SRA International, and Global Systems and Strategies.
