Stephen Rusinko has been appointed vice president of operations at Draper.
The engineering innovation company said Monday Rusinko’s appointment to the newly created role aligns with its efforts to enhance production strategy to meet customer demand. The new VP of operations will be responsible for boosting Draper’s manufacturing capabilities as part of the company’s growth initiative. He will lead the operations team tasked with managing multi-site production, process optimization and quality production. Rusinko will serve in the company’s executive leadership team and report directly to Jerry Wohletz, president and CEO of Draper.
Career Highlights
Rusinko has been with Draper since 2013. In his over 12 years at the company, he has served in various leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility. He was most recently the director of operations and production for the Trident program.
Before joining Draper, Rusinko served as engineering manager at Qimonda, where he oversaw multiple semiconductor organizations. He held the same role at Infineon Technologies at the start of his career.
