JF Taylor has acquired Bugeye Technologies to enhance its capability to provide a comprehensive suite of training and mission support systems for the Department of Defense and its international partners.

Maryland-based JF Taylor said Monday it will integrate its expertise in highly complex military platforms with Bugeye’s design and manufacturing capabilities to provide a wider range of systems designed to address the training and operational needs of warfighters.
“Bugeye’s proven performance in developing and delivering on-time, high-quality, and best-value solutions aligns perfectly with JF Taylor’s mission to provide our customers with the most advanced, comprehensive, and cost-effective readiness capabilities,” said Chris Wasniak, chief operating officer at JF Taylor.
“This acquisition broadens our portfolio, increases our capacity, and positions us to better serve the needs of our customers in the rapidly evolving modern age,” Wasniak added.
What Does Bugeye Technologies Do?
Founded in 2003, Bugeye provides simulated hardware and custom electromechanical assemblies for aviation and flight simulation applications.
The Union, Missouri-based company designs and produces a variety of cockpits, control sticks, throttles, cyclics, collectives, yokes, rudder pedals and control loading systems for fixed-wing aircraft, rotary-wing planes and other air and ground platforms.
