Joanna Tepper, a former Leidos executive, has been elevated to chief growth officer at Tsymmetry.
The federal IT and management consulting firm said Thursday Tepper will play an instrumental role in the company’s efforts to enhance its capabilities, develop strong partnerships and drive market growth.
The new CGO will leverage her 25 years of experience in business development, capture management, proposal strategy, budget management and operational leadership in her role. Her innate ability to harmonize people and operations towards a common goal will be critical to her new responsibilities.
Jonna Tepper’s Career Achievements
Tepper joined Tsymmetry in 2024 as vice president of capture excellence. She quickly made her mark in the company leading to her promotion to a C-level role. Before that, she worked as an independent strategic capture and proposal consultant for two years, serving various private businesses and federal agencies.
The Tsymmetry executive worked at TechFlow from 2020 to 2022 as the VP of business development and capture. In this capacity, she was tasked with pursuing business opportunities within the federal civilian government sector.
Tepper spent 12 years at Leidos and SAIC before her stint with TechFlow. She initially joined SAIC in 2007 and last served as senior proposal manager of corporate business development until the company split in two, with one retaining the SAIC name and the other becoming Leidos. Tepper went with the Leidos group, where she served as the VP for operations and integration for the capture operations and excellence center and director of the corporate proposal center.
