Workforce services provider System One has acquired the three-unit Tech USA Companies to support its focus on providing comprehensive staffing services to critical infrastructure, technology, life sciences and government sectors. The acquisition, the terms of which were not disclosed, is bringing in Tech USA client portfolio, System One said.
The company’s core business will absorb Tech USA and its Site Tech Staffing subsidiary servicing the technology, engineering, scientific, manufacturing and construction sectors. Tech USA Government Solutions, the third unit acquired, will run independently under System One’s GAP Solutions to further expand group capabilities in government services.

Troy Gregory, chairman and CEO of System One, described Tech USA’s market footprint as “a perfect fit” for the company. “We are excited to integrate Tech USA’s talented team into our organization, as their capabilities complement our own, positioning us to serve our clients with even greater agility and effectiveness,” he said.
According to Greg Lignelli, president and chief operating officer of System One, the acquisition provides a significant boost to the company’s market reach and service delivery.
Grover Outland, chairman and CEO of Tech USA Companies, expressed similar excitement in joining System One and in the “new heights” that could be achieved through their combined capabilities.
Recent System One Acquisitions
System One had several acquisitions in recent years, including KeyLogic, a Morgantown, West Virginia-based consulting and data management company that it purchased for an undisclosed amount in November 2023.
In September 2018, it acquired Reston, Virginia-based intelligence services contractor TPGS to expand its IT offerings for federal civilian and defense clients. TGPS operations run independently under System One’s GAP Solutions, which it acquired in December 2017.
