SDi said Monday the transaction enables it to focus on maritime security, cloud-based advanced analytics, foreign military sales and other key growth areas.

MSA’s custom software offerings, specialized training products and other capabilities support air, surface and subsurface systems used in anti-submarine warfare and other critical defense operations.
