The National Institutes of Health is seeking information from small businesses capable of providing architect-engineer services under a potential $400 million multiple award task order contract and $100 million blanket purchase agreement.
According to a sources sought notice posted on SAM.gov, the upcoming MATOC will cover professional AE services while BPAs will provide for other professional services such as studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning and program management.
Selected contractors will support NIH’s Office of Research Facilities, which is responsible for the planning, design, construction, acquisition, maintenance and operation of agency-owned facilities.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and BPAs will have a five-year period of performance.
Projects may include, but are not limited to the following areas: animal care facilities, biomedical research laboratory/laboratory facilities, health care facilities or hospitals, office or public space facilities and interior and exterior utility infrastructure and utility generation distribution systems.
Responses to the sources sought are due Jan. 24.
