Paul Dillahay, a five-time Wash100 Award winner, has been named CEO of Lentech while Stefany Herbert has been elevated from vice president of corporate operations to chief financial officer, as part of a series of leadership team changes that took effect Jan. 1.
The information technology, engineering and technical services provider said Monday Dillahay’s appointment aligns with Lentech’s efforts to continue its growth in space, intelligence and civil sectors.
Dillahay brings extensive financial, operational and consulting experience along with a deep understanding of commercial capital markets and federal contracting to his new role.
Paul Dillahay’s Career Summary
The seasoned executive currently serves as CEO of Harmonic AI and advisor at RIva Solutions. Dillahay was president and CEO of Empower AI from 2016 to 2023. He was instrumental in the private acquisition and rebranding of NCI to Empower AI.
Dillahay briefly worked at CACI International, where he was the executive VP for both corporate development and health and litigation solutions. He also served as chief operating officer and later president and CEO of ASRC Federal. Furthermore, Dillahay held the roles of CFO and VP of operations during his stay at Lockheed Martin from 2007 to 2010.
The Lentech CEO also had stints at Azzardare Management Group, USIS, General Electric and Price Waterhouse Management Consultants.
Aside from the recent appointments, the company also announced that Gregg Einfalt will continue serving as president while Lentech founder Andrew Gallegos, the outgoing CEO and CFO, will remain as executive chairman.
