Omni Federal has appointed industry veteran Paul McQuillan as chief growth and strategy officer.
In a LinkedIn post published Monday, the government IT services provider said McQuillan’s leadership experience and growth skills will be key to driving the company’s next phase of growth.
McQuillan brings to the role over three decades of experience across federal, commercial and international markets delivering technology-enabled services.
He has helped global companies develop go-to-market capabilities, advance mission-focused operations delivery and oversee joint ventures, channel and partner management and mergers and acquisitions.
The University of Maryland marketing graduate most recently served as chief growth and strategy officer at Oceus Networks, where he was responsible for business development, sales, marketing, capture and proposal management, market research, public relations and corporate development.
