FedSync-BFS has won a potential $200 million contract from NASA to provide administrative services across multiple agency facilities.
NASA said Friday work on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will begin on April 1, 2025, and end on May 31, 2030.
NASA Contract Scope
Under the IDIQ, FedSync-BFS will coordinate training, travel, special events and other activities. The Alexandria, Virginia-based IT and professional services provider will also be in charge of data management, time and labor collection, customer service, and general office tasks.
The five-year contract covers six NASA centers:
- Johnson Space Center in Texas
- Kennedy Space Center in Florida
- Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama
- Michoud Assembly Facility in Louisiana
- Stennis Space Center in Mississippi
- White Sands Test Facility in New Mexico
The space agency issued a draft request for proposals on the multi-center administrative support services contract in May and hosted a virtual industry day to discuss the requirement in January.
FedSync is a Small Business Administration-certified vendor. The firm offers federal government agencies finance, acquisition and administrative, cybersecurity, data intelligence, Automation, and Project Management tools and expertise.
Other NASA Contract
NASA also recently awarded Nova Space Solutions an $822.7 million contract for operations, services, maintenance and infrastructure support at the Stennis Space Center and Michoud Assembly Facility.
The eight-year deal covers logistics, contract management, health and environmental compliance, facility operations and maintenance, engineering and manufacturing, program management, and site services in support of NASA sites.
