Tim Gilday
Prior to Leidos, he was emerging technology senior director at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he led the development of corporate emerging tech strategies and worked with federal and industry leaders to accelerate the adoption of new technologies, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Gilday served as a senior technical project manager at CSRA and provided federal clients with strategic guidance on technical, security, IT service management and platform development initiatives.
His industry career included time as a manager at Sigma Health Consulting and senior project, IT service manager at HighPoint Solutions and deputy program manager at CSC.
Tracee Sanders
Sanders brings to the role decades of experience in talent acquisition and development, change management, organizational development, employee engagement and legal compliance.
Prior to her promotion, the California State University-East Bay graduate was HR director at the Reston, Virginia-based defense and IT services contractor.
Before joining Leidos in 2019, the HR generalist served as senior manager of HR at Oceaneering.
Sanders also held senior HR leadership roles at U.S. Silica, Skyworks division Trans-Tech and Imerys.
